What's included in each plan?

All three plans include unlimited Profit & Loss report generation, AI transaction classification, confidence indicators, and one-click category overrides. The differences are: monthly statement upload quota (10 / 25 / 100), how many companies you can run (1 / 5 / unlimited via client invite), access to the Real Estate Chart of Accounts (Pro and Bookkeeper only), and bookkeeper-specific features like client invite, role-based access, and white-label reports.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep what you paid for.

Is there a free trial?

We don't run a time-limited trial. Instead, the homepage lets you upload a statement and see AI classification on the spot before you ever pay. You only subscribe when you want to keep your data, generate full P&L reports, and access the dashboard.

What happens if I exceed my statement limit?

If you go over your monthly statement-upload quota, we'll notify you in-app and pause new uploads until either the next billing cycle resets or you upgrade. Already-uploaded statements and their reports stay accessible — we don't lock you out of past work.

How is Bookkeeper tier different?

Bookkeeper is built for someone doing books for other people, not their own. You get unlimited client workspaces, an invite flow where clients upload their own statements into a private workspace you both share, role-based permissions (clients see only their own books), a unified cross-client dashboard for monthly close, and white-label client-facing reports. Pro is for one operator managing multiple of their own entities; Bookkeeper is for a professional managing multiple clients.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your subscription page in one click. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then it stops billing. Your historical reports remain in your account in read-only mode after cancellation — we won't delete your data.

Do you offer annual discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes — annual billing is 20% off the monthly price across all three tiers. You can pick monthly or annual when you check out, and you can switch billing cadence at any time from the dashboard.

How does the Bookkeeper-client invite work?

Accepted Answer

On the Bookkeeper plan you create a client workspace, send the client an email invite, and they sign in with their own email. They land in their own private workspace, upload bank statement PDFs, and you both see the same parsed transactions. You handle the classification review and finalize the P&L; the client only sees their own books, never your other clients.
